We want our customers to be 100% happy with your purchases! We have a generous 28 day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Our returns policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note that items which are personalised cannot be returned unless faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We are unable to accept any returns sent to our registered address. We will assist you via our suppliers who will arrange this. Please follow our fair returns policy.

To start a return, you can contact us at Please note that returns will need to be authorized first by Clickagift. We will provide you with the full returns service procedure. Most of our suppliers offer returns labels. Delivery charges, return postage and gift boxes/wrapping/gift message charges are non refundable unless the goods are faulty.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and you would be responsible for the cost of an item returned to you.

You can always contact us for any return question at: / For items which have been received and which are faulty or broken on arrival, we will ask you for a photo of the item(s) for our quality assurance checks and to better understand the issue. Failure to provide a photo may mean that we cannot process your exchange or return

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty and lingerie / underwear products, earrings,) We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We will ensure we can resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards / personalised items. Please do not send returns to our registered address because they will not be accepted and your return will not be processed. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have when you have followed our returns procedure. When the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases.
